The property can usually be booked weekends, flexible days or full weeks. The exceptions are Christmas/New Year and school holidays, during which times the booking periods are full weeks.
Arrival time is from 4pm and the property must be vacated before 10am on your departure day.

To reserve your dates a £150 ‘good house-keeping deposit’ is required at time of booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks before your arrival. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
One well-behaved dog may be considered if arranged with the owner prior to your visit.
